CONSENT WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Mujmarket s.r.o., based at Buzulucká 569/10, 16000, Prague 6, in order to distribute commercial communication within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (referred to as the “Regulation”) processes the following personal data: e-mail.

  2. E-mail addresses must be processed in order to send commercial communication. Mujmarket s.r.o will process this personal data for the duration of 5 years.

  3. Mujmarket s.r.o, the administrator of personal data, processes the personal data, but the company SmartSelling a.s. (our e-mail client host) may also process the personal data on its behalf.

  4. Please take into account that under the law on the protection of personal data, you have the right to: request information from us on how we process your personal data, request an explanation of personal data processing, request access to your personal data and have them updated or corrected, require that we delete your personal data, in case of doubt about our compliance with our obligations with regards to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
